Dr. Meenakshi Singh
While overlooking a degraded industrial landscape from a mountaintop with her team, Dr. Meenakshi Singh noticed a lone native sapling struggling to survive among invasive species. Turning to her team, she said, “This is where restoration begins — not just with data, but with attention, intention, and belief.” That moment captured her core philosophy: to lead with purpose, act with science, and trust in nature’s quiet resilience. Dr. Singh leadership has shaped multi-sectorial projects, driving real, measurable change through biodiversity assessments, carbon sequestration studies, greenbelt development, and ESG alignment. What sets her apart is not only her technical acumen but her deep commitment to creating awareness — she actively designs and leads capacity-building programs that demystify complex environmental issues for corporates, institutions, and communities.
Garima Singh
Late one evening, as the glow of the screen lit up rows of environmental indicators, Garima Singh’s eyes landed on something easily missed—a modest community-led effort quietly driving real sustainability gains. She leaned back, smiled, and told her team, “This is the spark—transformation doesn’t wait for headlines. It begins where intention meets insight.”
That single moment echoed the very essence of Garima’s leadership: purposeful, people-centric, and rooted in clarity. Her journey is far from linear. From a foundation in IT to navigating the complex ecosystems of the consulting business, Garima has bridged two worlds—technology and sustainability—with uncommon finesse by crafting dashboards that turn raw data into real-time decisions. For impact monitoring, she brings a rare mix of precision and perspective.Through hands-on training sessions and capacity-building programs, she equips professionals, institutions, and young change makers with tools to translate sustainability into action. For her, data is more than numbers on a screen—it’s a story waiting to drive change. And she ensures everyone has the language to tell it.
Mr. Virendra Pal Singh
Virendra Pal Singh brings over 30 years of experience in Health Physics Unit (HPU) at Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd (NPCIL). Throughout his career, he has been part of training programmes in environmental compliance and safety management, with a strong focus on employee training, stakeholder engagement, and building a culture of safety. Known for his data-driven approach, he has played a key role in aligning operational strategies with environmental and regulatory goals. His leadership reflects a perfect blend of technical expertise and people-centred values, making him a true changemaker in the field.

Pratiksha Chalke
Standing at the intersection of science, sustainability, and stewardship, Ms. Pratiksha Chalke brings a rare blend of technical precision and grounded empathy to the field of GIS and remote sensing. With a sharp eye for spatial patterns and a deep commitment to ecological integrity, Ms. Pratiksha has led transformative projects across biodiversity conservation, ecosystem services mapping, carbon Sequestration, and climate resilience planning. More than just a geospatial expert, she believes in bringing change one satellite image at a time — using the power of spatial data to reveal, restore, and reimagine our relationship with nature.
Bhavya Mishra
One day, beneath a canopy of whispering leaves, Bhavya Mishra paused to admire a wild creeper wrapping itself around a forgotten milestone. It wasn’t just a plant—it was a metaphor. “Nature always knows how to reclaim,” she whispered, notebook in hand, eyes alight with wonder. That moment captured the heart of Bhavya’s philosophy: observe deeply, live gently, and give back consistently.
A passionate botanist and nature traveller, Bhavya finds stories not just in forests and fields, but in the tiniest saplings pushing through city cracks. Her journey is rooted in curiosity—of how ecosystems breathe, how species interact, and how humans can become better stewards of the land they live on.From biodiversity walks to conservation projects, she brings more than just knowledge—she brings connection. For Bhavya, understanding plants isn’t academic; it’s a dialogue, a relationship. She believes when we nurture nature with intent, it reciprocates in ways science is only beginning to understand.

Parth Vyas
While walking along the fragile edge of a shrinking wetland during the 7th International Wetland Seminar, Parth Vyas paused to take in what others often overlook — the quiet, essential role wetlands play in sustaining life. Reflecting on the pressing conversations unfolding at the seminar, he noted, “Conservation isn’t just a responsibility — it’s an opportunity to reimagine our relationship with nature.” This insight reflects Parth’s evolving approach: rooted in science, driven by advocacy, and cantered on collective stewardship. His recent participation in the prestigious seminar — hosted by the GEER Foundation in collaboration with the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) — deepened his commitment to protecting vulnerable ecosystems, particularly in the face of rapid urbanization and ecological degradation across Gujarat. What sets Parth apart is not just his environmental insight, but his growing voice in shaping dialogue around sustainable futures. He sees awareness as action, and continues to contribute to conservation efforts that bridge scientific knowledge with on-ground impact.

Suchitra
When I was pursuing my graduation in Botany, I had a connection with plants and the environment i became a nature girl and I made up my mind to pursue my career in research where I will be able to explore nature and make a sustainable outcome to it. When I worked in Biodiversity assessment projects i developed my skills and experience currently, I’m working as Trainee Researcher in SAC ISRO Ahmedabad my work is on wetland health assessment where I’m implementing remote sensing to assess the health and generate a health card with possible solution for the improvement of it.
